Row 500 meters
20 jumping lunges (10R/10L)
15 pushups
20 oh situps (men 30 lbs, women 20 lbs)
Endurance
Pick a mode - swim, bike, run, row
5 rounds of...
3 minutes ON, 1 minute OFF
Good one.....not fast...but at least I got this done...hate recovering from being sick! :(
